Group and Personal Trainer
My passion for women’s health and fitness is fuelled by my own experience with anxiety and postnatal depression. As a mother of 3 children, I’ve fought hard to overcome these conditions and bring a personal level of care and compassion for those I work with.
On the fitness side, I have 9 years’ experience as a personal trainer while my 18 years as as Naturopath guide my personal passion for food and nutrition.
My focus is helping people to enjoy better relationships with themselves and others, while leading a lifestyle built on wellness and happiness. I believe this is achieved through daily exercise, good food and a community of like-minded, positive people to support and encourage you.
My favourite saying is: Happiness comes when we have sense of belonging. For me, the ideal training environment is free from egos and judgement, where everyone can feel part of something great.
I pride myself on leading by example and from the heart — when I am feeling my best, I can help others to achieve their goals too. When I’m not coaching or instructing, I am training with the crew, as well as balancing family life and business.
