The one thing that we have a huge deficit in these days I believe is connection. And with life so busy, maintaining motivation and accountability is our greatest challenge. That’s why I train my clients in exclusive small teams. The individually tailored training system, combined with the connection to like-minded, hand selected, driven people with similar goals creates a failsafe environment for outstanding, long-lasting, whole body results!

I am an ex-British Army Royal Engineer, and a man who thrives on systems that work. As a business owner, husband and father I soon realised that with less time to spend in the gym, but the same passion for strength and fitness, I needed to come up with some serious results driven systems for my training that didn’t require hours in the gym every day. 

I have taken my extensive experience in training Kettlebells, Powerlifting, and Strength and Conditioning Coaching and developed a powerful but functional approach to training that gets real life results, for real life busy people.
