I’m a physical and mental training coach and performance therapist. I’m also an optimistic lover of life and I believe in the holistic approach to personal development, regardless of your goals.
My previous roles include Sprints and Jumps Coach with Paralympic athletes for Athletics Australia (6 years, full-time) and I was awarded Paralympic Coach of the Year for 2017-2018. I’ve also consulted to high performance athletes and teams, including Performance Therapist to Olympic level Track and Field Athletes and the Sydney Swans AFL team.
My training philosophy combines all elements of my career in high performance sport — Performance Therapy, Sprint Coaching, plus Strength and Conditioning — to ensure you’re able to think, feel, and move more optimally.
