Ashleigh Maisey

Club Manager & Massage Therapist

Hey! I’m Ashleigh.

I have been living and breathing Health and Wellness for the past 6 years where I began with Personal Training and Holistic Health Coaching. This led to a natural curiosity to dive deeper into other modalities such as Yoga and Massage. I have studied within Australia, NZ and Bali – led by many incredible teachers and mentors.

I explore the connection between movement and mindfulness through Functional Movement, Yoga, Intuitive Balinese Massage and Holistic Wellness.

I value connection, community and freedom. I aim to live by these values and radiate them through my teaching, massage and connection with any individual I come in contact with. It brings me so much joy when we can uplift one another and work towards our own personal intentions with the support of a community around us! I am passionate about the community and connection cultivated here at Elevation Fitness.

My journey to where I am now has been wild and exciting to say the least! I’ve worked in Health Retreats, such as Golden Door Health Retreat, alongside hosting my own retreat in Raglan NZ. Lived in Bali where I managed a Yoga and Mindful Movement studio as well as teaching local classes to a global audience, assisted NIKE events and deepened my Yoga teachings. I’ve also worked alongside Lululemon hosting events and creating a community based around health and wellness!

I am obsessed with all things Movement and Mindfulness based. You’ll find me exploring new workouts, yoga sequences or variations of healing modalities to elevate our experiences through the Mind and Body!
