Yoga is a way of life for me, having been drawn to the practice of both yoga and meditation 15 years ago. A tumultuous stage in my teens led me to into spiritual, philosophical and psychological explorations to help me through that stage. From my very first class, I knew I had to share the feeling that yoga gave me with others.
I believe that yoga is a personal journey of exploration, both on and off the mat, with no set route or destination. Yoga is a practice that can bring clarity of mind and body as we journey through this wild adventure of life. It presents us with an opportunity to delve deep into self discovery without judgment or comparison.
For me, yoga is a daily practice and a source of physical and emotional wellbeing; a way to create balance and stillness; to raise awareness and form clarity in my life, along with generating an abundance of love and connection with others.
I have completed various yoga teacher trainings and workshops in hatha, vinyasa, yin, pre and post natal, and children’s yoga. My classes are nurturing, grounding and deep in philosophy, weaving in playfulness and positivity, leaving you feeling light and revitalised with a little more peace and love for yourself and the world around you.
My passion for personal growth, continual learning and community connection underpins by teaching. My work is a way to support, encourage and connect individuals in body, mind and spirit.
