Question 1. What hours can I access Elevation?
Once you become a member of Elevation you can access the gym any time from 4:30 am to 10 pm with a security swipe fob. If you are visiting the area and would like to do a casual visit you are welcome to come in during our staffed hours.
Question 2. How do I sign up for a trial?
If you click on the link to the trial on the website you will be able to pay and organise your trial and then just pop in during our staffed hours to receive your swipe fob. If you can’t make it in staffed hours. Please contact us and we will arrange another mutually convenient time.
Question 3. How many people do you typically have in a class?
It does vary but we have very personalised group classes and keep the numbers very manageable so that individualised attention is possible.
Question 4. What sort of classes do you have?
We have quite a variety, all designed to cater to different fitness levels.
ELEVATE is our signature Strength & Conditioning class. It combines Strength and higher heart rate / cardio for an all over body workout. As a HYROX affiliated gym we offer HYROX Fit Burn classes, a 45 minute full body training session to increase your heart rate and feel the burn! BUILD is Strength based, and carefully programmed to ensure you get the most effective resistance workout.
We also offer MAT PILATES, YOGA and a FUNCTIONAL TRAINING classes.
Question 5. How long are the group classes?
The classes are all 45 minutes aside from yoga which is 60 minutes. You are always welcome add on more to your class time with options in our altitude rooms and fully equipped gym.
Question 6. Do you have Personal Trainers?
Yes! We have excellent Personal Trainers with a wealth of knowledge and experience. If you are interested in Personal Training please reach out and we can put you in touch!

Question 7. What do your memberships include?
We have a tiered membership structure. Some include the general gym and altitude. Other options include classes as well. Minimum terms range from four weeks to 12 months. Individualised Infrared Sauna bookings can also be included.
Question 8. Do you offer short term memberships?
Yes we do. Our minimum term is four weeks, and we also have options for casual visits.
Question 9. Is the sauna only available for members?
We do allow casual sauna bookings during staffed hours only as it is mostly for our members.
Question 10. How do I book a sauna?
The sauna is booked by members for a 40 minute session via the Gym Master app / online member portal.

Question 12. Do you have showers onsite?
Yes, we have 3 showers with shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
Question 13. What sort of culture do you have at Elevation?
We are very fortunate to have a beautiful Community who value health, fitness, wellbeing, connection and fun. Our demographic is not so much an age but more an attitude – an optimistic outlook and a desire to live an active, healthy and happy life surrounded by like-minded individuals.
Question 14. How do I organise a casual visit?
This can be done by contacting us via email or text or popping in during our staffed hours.
Question 15. How much is a Casual visit?
Gym visits are $20 and a casual class is $25. These do not include access to our altitude training rooms as this requires an altitude induction. If this is of interest please contact us!
Question 16. Are there options to put my membership on hold?
Yes. You are able to put your membership on hold in weekly increments for four weeks in any 12 month period plus an extra four weeks with an eight dollar per week Hold fee.
