Memberships include access to our general gym area with state of the art equipment, altitude training rooms (after completion of an altitude induction). Members also have access to regular talks and workshops from some of Australia’s leading coaches and trainers presenting on topics such as wellbeing, mental strength, fitness, nutrition and performance.

It’s such a blessing to find Elevation – it has such a community feel to it. Ali and Cal are beautiful people and they bring that energy to the gym. It’s a pleasure to wake up so early and get myself there. It has become the ultimate start to my day. I feel like I’ve done something amazing before I go off to work and run a business.

I’ve been to four big name gyms on the Gold Coast and I’ve never experienced anything like Elevation. It really is like a family in there. Everyone knows everyone, and everyone feels welcome. As a paddler and a surfer, I find it’s really well set up.

The warm, relaxed setting of Supereal Canteen is the ideal place to refuel with friends, pre or post-workout.We love seeing our Elevation Fitness family come together over tasty, nutritious food and drinks. Spread out on comfy cushioned seating inside or head for the outdoors space for a dose of Vitamin D. Kylie's Blackboard coffee goes down a treat, as do the juices and smoothes (hot tip: the Post-Workout Smoothie is a big favourite!). Regulars also rave about the homemade Acai bowls which are made using a silky smooth Acai blend, homemade nutty granola, fresh berries and seasonal fruit.
 Our seasonal menu includes hot and cold options for breakfast and lunch, and the cabinet is always full of fresh sandwiches, salads, wraps and rolls ready to grab and go.The healthy, tasty treats are great for a quick, guilt-free fix. Supereal Canteen is open and ready to serve you Monday-Friday, 6am-2pm; Saturday, 6.30am-1pm.
